Schedule
Choose the AutoShip option and your preferred schedule for each product before you add it to the cart, or choose all of your preferred options in the Cart before you check out and pay.
Your card details will be saved to process future orders. You are not locked in to AutoShip and you can pause or cancel your order at any time.
Delivery
When your next order is due, your card will be charged and your next order will be sent to your nominated delivery address.
Creating your first AutoShip order
There are two ways to create a new AutoShip (scheduled) order.
From a product page
- Search for or browse to the product you want to order.
- Choose the AutoShip option with your preferred frequency (from every 1 to 5 months).
- Press the Add to Cart button.
- Check out and pay for your order.
From the cart
- Add the products you want to your cart.
- View the cart and choose the AutoShip options for each eligible product.
- Check out and pay for your order.
AutoShip is available for selected products only. Please visit our AutoShip Brands page to see which products are eligible for AutoShip.
You can choose different frequencies and the products will be grouped into multiple scheduled orders.
By default, the delivery address for your future scheduled orders will be the delivery address you entered at the checkout.
You must have an account on our site in order to view and manage your AutoShip orders. If you placed an order without logging in, an account will automatically be created for you and you will receive an email confirming this.
Once your first order is placed, you can log in to My Account at any time to view and manage your Scheduled Orders, including your delivery address.
About recurring orders
A few days before your next order is due, you will receive an email reminder to give you time to make any changes. When it’s time for your next order your saved card will be charged and if the payment is successful, a new order will be created and sent to our supplier for processing.
Managing your AutoShip orders
Your scheduled AutoShip orders can be managed online by logging in to My Account.

For urgent changes to an order that has already been created, please contact Customer Service. We will try to accommodate your request as best we can.
